Cadbury Egg Blondies

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups milk chocolate mini Cadbury eggs - Chop up 1½ cups of this and set aside.
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl, set aside.

Cream butter and sugars in mixer on medium/high until well combined.

Add vanilla and eggs to your mixer, mix well.

Slowly add 1/2 of your dry ingredients into mixer until combined. Then add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined. DON'T OVERMIX HERE!

Add 1½ cups of chopped Cadbury Eggs in mixer!

Pour your dough into a greased 9x9 pan and add your remaining unchopped ½ C of Cadbury Eggs on top as decoration.

Bake at 325F for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool for 30-40 minutes before cutting.
