The dessert that will keep your guests coming back for more!
INGREDIENTS
Bars:
4 eggs
2 C sugar
1 C vegetable oil
15 oz can Pure Pumpkin
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 C flour
Frosting:
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/3 C softened butter
1 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 C powdered sugar
Instructions:
1) In standing mixer, combine eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin.
2) In separate bowl combine baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and flour
3) Slowly incorporate dry mixture into wet mixture. Pour into pan.
4) Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Let cool completely
5) In standing or hand mixer, combine all frosting ingredients. Frost cooled bars.
