Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
This pumpkin bread is perfect for any time of day! Since its technically a “bread” we can eat it for breakfast right…???
1 CAN (15 OZ) 100% PURE PUMPKIN
1 C VEGETABLE OIL
2/3 C WATER
3 CUPS SUGAR
3.5 C ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING SODA
1.5 TSP SALT
1 TSP GROUND CINNAMON
1 TSP GROUND NUTMEG
½ TSP GROUND CLOVES
¼ TSP GROUND GINGER
1 AND ½ C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F, Flour and grease three 7x3 inch bread pans
2. In large bowl, mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In a separate medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips. Pour into bread pans.
3. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
